Our call for new board members in the previous newsletter has been successful. The executive board of EWM The Netherlands welcomed two new members in 2018, both joining us in January. Olfa Jaibi, Leiden, has taken over the portfolio of Sanne Willems. Olfa will be responsible for our webpage and help with events organisation. Wioletta Ruszel, Delft, has taken over part of the portfolio of Francesca Arici. Wioletta will be in addition responsible for policy and gender diversity.
The board would like in addition to thank Sanne and Francesca for her dedicated work for EWM-NL. Francesca will remain as affiliated board member, managing our social accounts and promoting the association abroad.
