Aim: Work in academia has many integral parts, such as research, teaching, supervision, and outreach. There are many recipes of excellence, and one can make their own choice on how to balance the ingredients based on their interests and passion. “Lead by example” event aims to celebrate different success stories of women in Dutch mathematics community.
Format: the event will start with joint lunch and social activities for participants. After that, we will have talks by our invited speakers followed by a panel discussion. The event will be concluded with discussions in smaller groups focusing on different aspects of work in academia.
